CONSULAR SERVICES

Pursuant to Article II of the Vienna Conventions on Consular Relations of 24th April 1963, the Republic of Kenya established a Consulate Office in Geneva headed by the Consul General with consular jurisdiction for the whole of Switzerland.

The office operates under the Permanent Mission of Kenya to the United Nations in Geneva and it is headed by H.E. Ambassador Philip R.O. Owade in the capacity of Consul-General and assisted by Mr. Javan D. Bonaya, First Secretary-Immigration.

The Consular Section provides the following services:

bullet Types of Visas
bullet Countries whose nationals do not require visas to enter Kenya.
 
bullet Nationals of Countries, Classes and Categories of persons who may be issued with visas on application either on arrivals at a port of entry or at any Kenyan Mission Abroad.
 
bullet Nationals of Countries, classes and  categories of persons who require referred VISAS.
 
bullet Countries that have concluded Visa Abolition agreement with Kenya.
